privacy & cookies
Scammiez is a static site. We don't sell ads, our analytics are anonymous and cookieless, we don't sniff your email. Here's the full list of what we touch and why.
cookies we set
Two cookies, both functional, both first-party:
· scammiez_locale — remembers if you picked English or Polish. Expires after a year. HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax.
· scammiez_cookies_ack — remembers that you saw the cookie notice, so we don't show it again. Expires after a year. HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax.
Under GDPR / RODO, strictly necessary functional cookies don't require consent. You're seeing the notice for transparency, not because we need your permission.
third parties
When the page loads we call the Kick public API (server-side) to check who's live and the YouTube Data API (server-side) to grab the latest uploads. Your IP never reaches them — only our server does.
If you click a Kick link, a YouTube embed, or a streamer's social, you leave our site and the destination's own privacy policy takes over.
data we collect
No personal data. No form on this site stores anything yet. No newsletter, no account. We only collect anonymous, cookieless visit stats, described below. The shop email field is a non-functional mockup, it doesn't submit anywhere.
analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get visited and which country the traffic comes from. It's anonymous and cookieless: it sets no cookie, doesn't store your IP (it's hashed and discarded), builds no profile, and never tracks you across sites.
That's why we don't ask for consent. Since nothing is stored on your device, neither GDPR nor ePrivacy rules require it here. We mention it for transparency.
hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel keeps standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for operational and security purposes. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
